Maharashtra Governor Rejects Shiv Sena’s Request For 48 Hours To Form Government

Mumbai: In a massive development in Maharashtra politics, Shiv Sena leader Aditya Thackeray said that his party is in a position to form its government with the NCP and Congress and is claiming to form a government in Maharashtra. He also said that his Chief Minister will provide a stable government in the state.

He also said that Congress and NCP have been speaking to us, MLAs have been speaking to us. “As the second-largest party, negotiations continue, it was our right to come here. We have expressed our desire to form a government, we have asked for 48 hours to complete our process, ”he said.

This comes after BJP Maharashtra party chief Chandrakant Patil refused to form govt, after which Governor asked the Shiv Sena to show their willingness and ability to form the government.
