The crowd proceeded to mercilessly beat the man using sticks and belts, ignoring his repeated pleas for mercy. The viral video of the incident shows the man covered in blood, folding his hands, and begging for forgiveness. By Monday afternoon, the video of the assault had spread widely on social media, sparking outrage and prompting authorities to take action.
