Mayawati Hails Telangana Rapist Encounter, Slams Delhi-UP Police
Mumbai: Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati praised Telangana Police for killing the rapists of a female veterinarian in an early morning encounter on Friday.
While praising them she went on to slam Uttar Pradesh Police and Delhi Police for the delay in delivering justice in such cases.

“Crimes against women are on the rise in Uttar Pradesh, but the state government is sleeping. Police here and also in Delhi should take inspiration from Hyderabad Police, but unfortunately here criminals are treated as state guests…there is jungle raj in UP right now,” she said.

Early morning citizens of the nation woke up with pride and joy as police killed all 4 men in an encounter. The incident took place around 100 meters from the spot where the victim’s charred body was found. The victim’s remains were found the day after she went missing on November 27 near Tondupally toll plaza. They were arrested on November 29.
