Military Commanders Of India And China To Meet Today Discuss The Ongoing Dispute Along The LAC In Eastern Ladakh

Mumbai: The commander of India and China will meet today at Moldo, the Chinese side of the LAC at 9:30 to settle the ongoing dispute over the LAC.

The meeting will begin on the Indian side, making a submission to Al’s both sides to maintain peace on the border and ensure the protocols signed by the countries in 1993.

As per the sources, 14 Corps Commander Lieutenant Gen Harinder Singh will hold discussions with Maj Gen Liu Lin, the commander of South Xinjiang Military Region of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) to address the issue. 

Lieutenant Gen Harinder Singh took over as the 14 Corps Commander last October from Lt General YK Joshi-a Kargil War hero. Troops of Fire & Fury Corps face the most hostile terrain, weather & altitude challenges which no army in the world faces.
