MP Chief Minister Kamal Nath Attacks PM Modi Over Gujarat Storm Tweet

Mumbai: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath on Wednesday took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his Twitter tweet, alleging that he was concerned about Gujarat only.

Rainfall overnight in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Rajasthan have killed about 30 people.

Immediately after the Prime Minister expressed his heartburn on the loss of life in storms and storms in Gujarat, Nath said on Twitter, “You are the country’s PM, not Gujarat”.

Nath said that untimely rains in Madhya Pradesh killed 10 people, but the Prime Minister expressed concern only for Gujarat.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had earlier expressed anguish over the massacre in different parts of Gujarat due to unseasonal rains.

“Authorities are monitoring the situation very closely. All possible assistance is being given to those affected,” he had tweeted.

Later the prime minister said, “we stand in solidarity with all those affected due to unseasonal rainfall in various parts of the country”.
