MS Dhoni Becomes Fifth Indian Batsman To Score 10,000 Run For India

Mumbai : Former India captain MS Dhoni becomes the fifth Indian batsman to score 10,000 runs in ODI cricket for India. Dhoni achivies this milestone at 1st ODI against Australia today.  Mr cool joins Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Sourav Ganguly, and Virat Kohli on 10,000 runs.

Dhoni missed the T20 against Australia last month, later on called back for ODI, chasing the big total of 289 runs India lost there early wickets Shikhar Dhawan, captain Virat Kohli and Ambati Raydu failed to score. Playing at the middle order Dhoni scored 27* runs on the other hand opener Rohit Sharma is playing at 40*.

Earlier a day Australia won the and decided to bat and set the target of 289. Currently Australia is dominating, as India need 212 runs of just 29 overs with 7 wickets remaining.

On the other hand twitter poured with wishes to MS Dhoni for reaching out the 10,000 milestone.
