Mumbai Rains: High Tide Of 4.67 Meters Expected Today

Mumbai: According to the Brihanmumbai Mahanagar Palika (BMC), a high tide of 4.67 meters is expected at 1:03 pm today, 

IMD Deputy Director General (DDG), Mumbai said,  “Mumbai and around received heavy rains with isolated very heavy (>115.6 mm ) at Thane/West Suburbs in the last 24 hours.” 

Konkan can receive heavy to very heavy rainfall in the next 24 hours. Saurashtra/Kutchh, warning of extremely heavy rainfall for the Arabian Sea. “

Heavy rainfall is likely to occur at isolated places in Palghar districts of Mumbai, Thane, Raigad, and Maharashtra on July 6, India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted on Sunday.

The IMD said that due to the active monsoon conditions, the entire Konkan coast including Mumbai is experiencing a high speed of rainfall and has issued a yellow alert warning for the above districts for tomorrow.
