Mumbai: Lambasting on opposition Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that misinformation is being spread about the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2019 that it is against Muslims of India.
Shah said in Rajya Sabha, “Misinformation has been spread that this bill is against the Muslims of India. I want to ask people how this bill is for Indian Muslims? They are Indian citizens and will always be.”
He said, “No Muslim in India needs to be bothered by this bill. Don’t be afraid if someone tries to intimidate you. It is working according to the constitution of the Narendra Modi government and full protection to the minorities.” Will get. ”
