Navjot Singh Sidhu Resigns As Punjab Congress Chief

Mumbai: Navjot Singh Sidhu has resigned as the Punjab Congress chief. This comes after Congress President Sonia Gandhi asked the state heads of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa and Manipur to resign from their posts to reorganise the Pradesh Congress Committees.
