NEET And JEE Essential, Should Not Be Made An Issue: Narottam Mishra

Mumbai: Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra said on Thursday that NEET and JEE are necessary exams, so it should not be made an issue.

Mishra said during a press conference, “NEET and JEE exams are not third or fourth-grade exams. Those who pass these exams contribute to nation-building. Therefore, this should not be made an issue.”

Taking a dig at the Congress, Mishra said on Thursday that the Congress which could not save its democracy talks about saving the democracy of the country.

“Congress party and leaders can only tweet. The party which cannot save its own democracy talks of saving the democracy of the country. Either it will be Congress-free India or Gandhi-free Congress. BJP provided electricity, we have given schemes like Sambal which has benefited people,” he said.

He said, “I went for political tourism in Gwalior. The storm of Kamal Nath blew up his own government. Congress can hold a big meeting, but not a big demonstration.”
