New Congress Chief Will Be A ‘Puppet’ Of Gandhi Family: Sushil Modi

Mumbai: BJP MP Sushil Kumar Modi has criticised the process of the Congress Presidential election, claiming that whoever is elected will be a “puppet” of the Gandhi family.

“Kharge or another person, whoever turns into the chief, he might be a face to show and would be a puppet of the Gandhi family as the genuine choices will be taken by them just,” Sushil Modi said.

During his discussion with ANI, Modi likewise talked about Congress Shashi Tharoor whose political decision proclamation showed a “twisted guide of India” with overlooked pieces of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.

“It can’t be a slip-up, the manner in which Shashi Tharoor eliminated Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh from the guide of India mirror his mindset as it is preposterous to expect to eliminate such a significant district of the country,” he said adding that his admission to the error, which is reprehensible, mirrors Tharoor’s and the Congress party’s mindset. Friday was the last day for documenting designations for the appointment of the Congress president, where a sum of three pioneers had a special interest in the post.

As per Congress Focal Political race Authority executive Madhusudan Mistry, 14 structures have been presented by Mallikarjun Kharge, five by Shashi Tharoor and one by Jharkhand pioneer KN Tripathi. Kharge, who has left the place of Head of Resistance in the Rajya Sabha, has great relations with the Gandhi family, particularly Rahul Gandhi.

“It cannot be a mistake, the way Shashi Tharoor removed Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh from the map of India reflect his mentality as it is not possible to remove such an important region of the country,” he said adding that his confession to the mistake, which is unforgivable, reflects Tharoor’s and the Congress party’s mentality.

Friday was the last day for filing nominations for the election of the Congress president, where a total of three leaders have staked their claim for the post.
