Nitish Kumar Focused On Uniting The Opposition: Tejashwi Yadav

Mumbai: Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav has put an end to speculations about Chief Minister Nitish Kumar contesting Lok Sabha polls in 2024, saying that Kumar is focused on uniting the Opposition.

“He (CM Nitish Kumar) is the CM and we’re working under his guidance. The only agenda he has right now is bringing all opposition together. He has no desire to become the Prime Minister,” said Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav.

His comments came in wake of a few hypotheses of CM Kumar challenging the 2024 Lok Sabha decisions from Uttar Pradesh’s Phulpur.

Prior on September 20, Bihar Boss Pastor Nitish Kumar denied these bits of gossip and said that he just tries to join the resistance groups in the country.

He further added, “We need to remove the BJP and have to save the country. For that, we all have to come together in a way we removed BJP in Bihar. We have had talks with Sonia Gandhi. She asked us to meet again after 10-12 days once the Congress party gets a new president”
