Opposition Could Not Find Solution To Job Issue In 60 Years: Amit Shah

Mumbai: Union Home Minister Amit Shah lambasted on the opposition over spreading negativity, saying no new solution was found to deal with unemployment during its 50-60 years of rule.

Speaking at a foundation laying ceremony for the Indian Institute of Skills (IIS) here, the minister also justified the government’s goal to make India a USD 5 trillion economy.

“Negative people in India always talk about unemployment. When they talk about unemployment, a question always comes to my mind. You have ruled this country for 50-60 years, this What measures have you taken for the problem of unemployment of the country.

“I want to ask all of them, was there any new solution during your 50-60 years rule to employ a population of 130 crores for the youth of this country. You have not done anything new and now ask for our answer Are (Hisab Mang) rahe hain?), “Shah said, without naming any particular political party.

The minister also expressed confidence that by 2024 India will become a $ 5 million economy, achieving a target. The government has chosen Kanpur, Mumbai and Gandhinagar to set up IIS.

The foundation stone of IIS, Kanpur was laid in December 2016 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The foundation of the institute in Mumbai was laid last year. The proposed institutions are to be prepared on Singapore’s ITES.
