Mumbai: India has woefully surpassed the figures of Germany and France to become the 7th most affected countries in the war against the pandemic.
According to the data released by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), about 38,37,207 samples have been tested up to date , out of which 1,00,180 samples were tested in the last 24 hours.

With positive cases found in the crew members of Airplanes, Air India makes it mandatory to have a preflight checkup for the pilots and the cabin crew members.
With 8,392 samples resulting positive, India has reached the count of 1,90,535 cases including 93,322 active cases and 91,819 recoveries. The death toll is at 5,394.
