Pakistan Is Indulging In False And Black Propaganda: National Security Advisor, Ajit Doval
Mumbai: On Saturday, 7th September 2019, the National Security Advisor Ajit Doval while briefing the media about the current situation in Jammu and Kashmir he said that there was a surge of false propaganda in the valley region and that the uninformed people are taking one of two incidents as public opinion.
“Another incident happened where a shopkeeper was trying to open his shop,he was shot by militants. Pakistan is trying to create a situation and then tell the international community that there is unrest.”
He said, “I’m totally convinced that majority of Kashmiris support the abrogation of article 370. They see greater opportunities and employment in future, only a few people are opposing the decisions.”

He further added that it was Pakistan that was trying to create trouble, “Pakistan is trying to create trouble. 230 Pakistani terrorists were spotted, some of them have infiltrated, some arrested… Out of 199 police stations in J&K area and only 10 have prohibitory orders in state and rest have no restrictions. 100 per cent landline connections are operational in the state,”
He said that the government is trying to protect the lives of the people in the valley and hence there were restrictions. He said, “We are determined to protect the lives of Kashmiris from Pakistani terrorists even if we have to impose restrictions, terror is the only instrument Pakistan has to create unrest. There are Pakistan communication towers 20 kilometres along the border, they are trying to send messages, we heard the intercepts they telling their men here ‘how so many apple trucks are moving, cant you stop them? Should we send you bangles?”
He went on to say that only 92.5% of the geographical area in J&K was free of restrictions and “They are in preventive detention, there could have been problems in maintaining the law and order in case there were gatherings, terrorists would have taken advantage of the situation”
