Pakistani People Attack Indians In London On I-Day

Mumbai: Pakistani protestors attacked Indians outside the embassy in London. The Indians and the people of Indian origin were peacefull celebrating the independence day when violent protestors attacked Indians.

The Pakistani’s and the people of Pakistani origin attacked Indians, their main target was alleged to be the Indian women and children. Police though had a hard time to calm the chaos down, the protestors according to the reports possessed offensive weapons. The incident took place in front of the Indian High Commission in London.

The Foreign Affairs Department head Dr Vijay Chauthaiwale said the incident was condemnable. He took to the twitter to express his concern “What happened today in front of the Indian High Commission in London is quite deplorable. @BBCworld will never report it. Women and children who came to celebrate Independence Day were abused, eggs and water bottle were thrown on them by Paki goons.”

He said that the timely intervention of the High Commissioner Ruchi Ghanashyam saved the day. He added that the External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar has been briefed about the matter.

“Everyone was brought inside the building, they were offered food and water and were safely sent back to their homes,” Chauthaiwale said. The Indians who were in the cultural events said that the police came too late which is why the situations went out of control.

As per the reports, the Indians were surrounded by a large number of protestors, threatening physical attacks.

Stones were thrown at the HC building, the Indian flag was damaged and police were outnumbered. The Pakistani seemed eager to convey the Pakistani message on Kashmiri and also promoted their aim of merging Kashmir with their country.
