Mumbai: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday, attacked Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan without in the audience at the ‘Howdy, Modi’ event in Houston.
Without mentioning Pakistan’s name, Modi said the move to repeal the provisions under Article 370 only bothered those who “cannot even take care of themselves”.
“Some people have a problem with the abolition of Article 370, these are the same people who cannot rule their country,” PM Narendra Modi said.
PM Modi said that those who are troubled by the Indian government’s decision to abolish the provisions under Article 370 are the same people who “mold and nurture terrorism”.
“The whole world knows him well. His identity is in sponsorship of terror and the world knows it,” PM Narendra Modi said.
Talking about the repeal of the provisions of the Government of India under Article 370 giving special status to Jammu and Kashmir, PM Modi said that Article 370 had deprived the people of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh of development and progress.
PM Narendra said, “The people of Jammu and Kashmir were deprived of the rights given to the rest of the country. Terrorist and separatist elements were misusing the situation and Article 370 and India purified it. Now, in Jammu and Kashmir People have got equal rights, ” Modi said
