Priyanka Gandhi Vadra Lambasted On BJP After Rape Accused Kuldeep Sengar Appears In Poster With PM Modi
Mumbai: Sengar, who has been charged with raping a teenage girl and murdering her father, was recently featured prominently in a full-page advertisement in a leading Hindi newspaper on Independence Day, along with Modi, Adityanath and Amit Shah.
Responding to it congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra lambasted over opposition and said BJP people still have rape accused Kuldeep Singh Sengar in their hearts.
“CBI submitted the report. Supreme Court has also reprimanded but BJP people still have rape accused Kuldeep Singh Sengar in their hearts. His photo is there with big leaders of BJP. Will they comment?” the Congress leader tweeted with hashtag #EnoughIsEnough.

“Defending the poster, the chairman of the Ungu Nagar Panchayat, Anuj Dixit, who had paid for the advertisement, said,” He is MLA of our area. That is why his photo is there. Till the time he is our MLA his photo can be put.”
“Meanwhile, BJP spokesperson Shalabhmani Tripathi has denied party links to the poster. “It might have been someone’s personal choice to give Sengar’s photograph. It has nothing to do with the party or the state government. We have no sympathy for Sengar,” he told news agency PTI.
Sengar was expelled by the BJP last month after pressure on the party grew following the rape survivor and her two aunts meeting a car crash. The aunts, one of whom was a key witness in the case, died in the crash while the rape complainant is still battling for her life in AIIMS, Delhi.
