Mumbai: Following Pakistan Minister Fawad Chaudhry‘s comment on the Pulwama terror attack, Union minister VK Singh has thanked him and asked the Indian government to utilize the admission in blacklisting Pakistan.
VK Singh has said that Pakistan’s federal minister Fawad Chaudhary’s entry confirms India’s stand on Pakistan’s role behind the Pulwama terror attack in which 40 CRPF personnel were killed.
VK Singh’s statement comes after Fawad Chaudhry said, “We hit India by entering inside. Our achievement in Pulwama is the achievement of the entire community under the leadership of Imran Khan. You all also have credit (for it).”
VK Singh told ANI, “I would like to thank him for accepting the truth related to the Pulwama terror attack. We said at the beginning that everyone points towards Pakistan. The government of India subsequently took action against the terrorists that were harbored in Pakistan.”
He said, “I am sure that our government will use this admission by Pakistan to tell the world that Pakistan needs to be blacklisted by the FATF and no one should give aid to Pakistan.”
VK Singh attacked opposition leaders who questioned the Indian government after the Pulwama terror attack.
“As far as the opposition is concerned, they have the right to question the government, but when they start showing love for a country that is sponsoring terrorism in your country, how do you classify such people Will? I would classify them as being anti-India,” VK Singh said.
Soon after the controversy erupted over his comments, Fawad Chaudhary took a U-turn and said that his remarks were misinterpreted and he only wanted good relations with India.
