Pune Woman Raped At Gunpoint By Man Who Loaned Her ₹1 Lakh

Pune: A 26-year-old woman was allegedly raped at gunpoint in Pune by 40-year-old Kiran Ghare, who loaned her ₹1 lakh. The police have arrested two persons in this regard

According to the police, the accused had given a loan of Rs 1 lakh to the victim. After this, he demanded to have sex with the woman as interest on the loan. However, when she refused the demand, the accused threatened to kill her husband and child. After this, he raped her and made a video on her mobile phone.

The main accused Kiran Ghare (40) and Deepak Oswal (46) have been arrested by the Talegaon police.

Police said that the 26-year-old victim had taken a loan of Rs 1 lakh from the house. He returned the loan with two checks of Rs.50,000 each. However, the house demanded sex from the victim in return for interest. When the victim refused his demand, Ghare was enraged and threatened to kill her husband and child. The accused raped her in a Fortuner car at gunpoint, as per the complaint filed by the woman.

While making a video of the rape on a mobile phone, the accused blackmailed the victim at different places and raped her several times. The accused also told her that even if she went to the police, no one would do anything to her.

The police have also arrested Deepak Oswal along with Ghare. Talegaon police is investigating the matter further.
