Railway Suspends Two Employees For Issuing Tickets Printed With PM Modi’s Pictures

Mumbai: Railway has suspended two employees after giving tickets with the pictures of PM Modi on the Barabanki railway station on Monday. This is the amount of violation of Model Code of Conduct (MCC) which is applicable for Lok Sabha elections.

ADM said, “On April 13, when the shift changes, the old roll was used by mistake. Two employees have been suspended and departmental investigations are going on.”

After the election code of conduct was violated, with the slogan of the Chief Election Officer of the Election Commission (EC) to violate the EC’s standards along with the photograph of Prime Minister Modi on the tickets, has pulled up. ”

This came to light when a passenger on Kathgodam Centenary tweeted a picture of tea Chisina with the slogan, the post became viral. The Railways said that he withdrew the cup and punished the contractor.

In a letter, on Modi’s image on train tickets, the poll panel criticized the Railways for not following its instructions. On March 29, the panel sent a notice to the National Transporter on the issue.

The day when the dates of Lok Sabha elections were announced, the MCC was implemented from 10th March. The Lok Sabha election of the seven phases began on 11th April. Counting will be done on May 23.
