Rajkummar Rao Urges People To Stay At Home To Prevent Spread Of Coronavirus

Mumbai: Following the Coronavirus outbreak in the country Bollywood actor Rajkumar Rao urged people to follow social distancing and stay at home to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

The actor took to Twitter to post a video in which he is seen making people aware of the seriousness of COVID-19 and the ways to deal with it.

“As you all know that our country and the whole world is facing the attack of novel coronavirus and social distancing is the only way to protect yourselves,” said Rao.

He said, “Our PM has imposed 21 days of lockdown, I would request all of you to follow and co-operate with the government officials. If we want to break this chain we need to stay indoors.”

The 35-year-old actor also took on the people who feel that they are strong enough to not contract the virus.

“Don’t think that the virus would not affect you it’s your misunderstanding, anyone of us can be affected by this virus. The only way to keep yourself safe is social distancing,” he further said.

“So please follow the rules, listen to the government, take precautions, be safe and stay fit,” he added.
