Mumbai: The Lok Sabha elections, which lasted for six weeks after millions of votes will be counted as a second term in the form of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government on Thursday.

Counting began from at 8 am.

The majority of the exit polls in the seventh and final days of the poll were the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), which was led by the Bharatiya Janata Party, which retained power with a clear parliamentary majority.

For the United Progressive Alliance (UPA), the Congress-led group won so strongly in 2014, the exit poll figures painted a vague picture: If the predictions are confirmed, the UPA will also get 150 wins Will struggle.

The results will show that a regional alliance of three parties, including the Samajwadi Party and the Bahujan Samaj Party, have been able to challenge the NDA, which won all seven seats here in the 2014 elections.

Congress is also in the field but is not part of the trilateral “alliance”.
