Rhea Chakraborty To Apply For Interim Bail After She Was Accused By Shushant’s Father KK Singh

Mumbai: In a huge development in Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case, KK Singh father of later actor filed an FIR in the Rajiv Nagar police station, Patna, accusing Rhea Chakraborty and her family members (her brother Showik, parents, and Sushant’s manager Shruti Modi) of abetment to suicide.

Meanwhile, DNA has reported that Rhea Chakraborty will be applying for interim bail after being accused by Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh.

On the other hand, a four-member police team from Patna has left for Mumbai to investigate the claims made in the FIR. On Tuesday night, Riya discussed interim bail with her lawyer Satish Manashinde. Her lawyer Anandini Fernandes was snapped outside her house.

Sushant’s father has alleged that Rhea Chakraborty took money of around Rs 15 crore and incited him to commit suicide, “When Sushant started running low on finances, Rhea released him and blocked him. Rhea stole his gadgets, jewelry, and documents before leaving. Sushant calls my daughter and tells her that Rhea can implicate him ”, Sushant’s father said in the FIR lodged.

The complaint further stated that Rhea fired a trusted bodyguard of Sushant Singh Rajput before the lockdown was imposed in India. She even vacated his existing house, claiming that the apartment contained paranormal activity.

Further, the FIR reads, “Rhea and her family asked Sushant to stay in a hotel close to Mumbai airport and were repeatedly told that he was mentally disturbed and should undergo treatment. Sushant’s sister asks him to return home, but Rhea refuses and pressures him to continue treatment for mental health. She blackmailed Sushant that if he leaves for Coorg, she will tell the media about his mental health.”

The case has been filed under the sections 341 (punishment for wrongful restraint), 342 (punishment for wrongful confinement), 380 (theft in dwelling house), 406 (punishment for criminal breach of trust), 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and 306 (abetment of suicide).
