RR Challenged The Duo Of Shoaib Akhtar – Ali Zafar’s To Face Jofra Archer While Shoaib Replied “Tu Time Aur Jagah Bata”

Mumbai: Rajasthan Royals challenged the duo of Shoaib Akhtar – Ali Zafar’s. While the Rawalpindi express replies with “tu time aur jagah bata”. Indian Premier League franchise Rajasthan Royals proposed the duo to face English speedster Jofra Archer. Akhtar has replied to the IPL franchise’s proposal asking for time and venue for the same.

The former Pakistani cricketer, Akhtar, and actor, Zafar, were involved in friendly banter on Twitter where the former had challenged the latter to even touch his ‘172kmph’ delivery. The trend continued where Zafar shared a series of pictures of him practising his batting as well as bowling.

While the showdown took place just days after the first tweet where Akhtar got the actor clean bowled by a deadly yorker. While it’s been a while since Akhtar last played competitive cricket, Rajasthan Royals challenged the duo to face a modern-cricket beast in the form of Archer who has been at his phenomenal best since his international debut this year.

“Hey @AliZafarsays @shoaib100mph, that looks like fun. How about facing Jofra Archer next?”, the IPL franchise had tweeted.

“Well everyone knows there’s only one way I do it @rajasthanroyals. “Tu time aur jagah bata” Lol Right @AliZafarsays? You can all watch what happened :),” the former Pakistan pacer replied.

Shoiab Akhtar has been active on social media these days and regularly posts videos on his YouTube channel pertaining to the latest happenings in the world of cricket. He had also reacted to Pakistan’s clueless loss against Australia in the recent tour Down Under where the Pakistani team had suffered a 3-0 series defeat in ODIs and 2-0 in Tests.

Calling the current Pakistan team ‘clueless’, Akhtar questioned the credibility of Azar Ali & Co.’s bowling attack as the Aussies secured wins in both Tests by an innings.

As for the IPL 2020 season, Rajasthan Royals would look to bring some more star power in their squad in the upcoming Auction. RR had finished the 12th season of the IPL second from bottom with just 5 wins from 14 matches.
