SC Allows Sale And Use Of Green Firecrackers For 2Hrs On Diwali In Telangana

Mumbai: The Supreme Court on Friday modified the Telangana High Court order and granted partial relief to the Telangana Fire Works Dealers Association (TFWDA) by allowing the sale and bursting of green firecrackers for two hours on Diwali.

This comes after the TFWDA approached the apex court after the state government imposed a full ban following an order from the High Court.
