Sorry Modi Ji: Mamata Banerjee Decides Not To Attend PM’s Swearing-In

Mumbai: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has said that she will not be inducted in the New Delhi swearing-in ceremony on May 30 as Prime Minister in New Delhi.

Saying that this was her plan to join the “Constitutional Invitation”, Mamata Banerjee said that circumstances changed her mind.

In a post on Twitter, Mamata Banerjee wrote in a post on Twitter: “In the last one hour, I am watching the media report that the BJP is claiming that 54 people in Bengal are killed in political violence.”

Mamata Banerjee said, “It is completely untrue, there is no political killing in Bengal, we have no record, sorry, it has forced me not to attend the ceremony,” Mamta Banerjee said.

The Trinamool Congress (TMC) Supremo had earlier said that after receiving the invitation on Tuesday, they will take part in the form of “constitutional manners”.
