Ever since their successful inception, they have made their presence known with 186 stores spread across 50 cities all over India. They have made a mark of completing 3.2 lakh orders by cleaning 35.8 lakh garments in this time frame.
The brand is renowned among the masses for its capability to remove over 63 types of stains from all kinds of fabrics, that even the housing maids are not trained to clean. With Italian spotting machines and American stain removing solutions, they handle typical Indian stains without damaging the material in any way. With extensive R&D done, they have acquired ingredients to make indigenous solutions that are specialized to remove stains that other detergents fail to remove otherwise.

As Covid built its walls around the world, brands opted for digital modes of establishing and offering their services. Tumbledry, as well adapted to these methodologies building its digital infrastructure. With its comprehensive CRM module, they built a mobile application for customers to schedule, track and pay for their orders. Playing a part in being eco-friendly, they went paperless on their Errand Boys digitizing their modes for order punching. Establishing a call centre module, enhanced the connectivity between its stores and customers.

Over the course of the last two years, Tumbledry has opened its franchise outlets across various urban and developing areas.
