SRK’s Manager Pooja Dadlani Appears To Have Influenced A Witness: NCB

Mumbai: Opposing bail for Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has alleged in a statement to the Bombay High Court that the actor’s manager Pooja Dadlani “appears to have influenced” a witness, Live Law reported.

Referring to the affidavit of witness Prabhakar Sail, the agency claimed that the affidavit wasn’t filed in court, but distributed to the media.

NCB also alleged that Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani had influenced Sail. “Importantly, such alleged affidavit clearly mentions the name of the manager of Pooja Dadlani (Shah Rukh) attached to this applicant. It appears that the said woman has influenced five such witnesses during the course of the investigation. Such interference at the investigation stage is a malicious attempt to ensure that it obstructs and obstructs the pursuit of truth”, the NCB told the High Court.

The NCB said that they had filed an application before the special NDPS court, explaining how attempts were made to derail the investigation. However, the petition before the special court was disposed off saying that it cannot pass a comprehensive order not to take cognizance of the report of Sail.

The NCB also said during the hearing that further investigation has revealed ‘international links’ with Aryan Khan, which ‘prima facie point towards illegal drug purchase’.

The agency alleged that the linkages show Aryan is not a ‘mere consumer as is sought to be made by him.
