Strong Winds And High Tides at Versova Mark the Impending Landfall of Cyclone Nisarga

Mumbai: Strong winds and high tides recorded over Versova Beach, Mumbai marks the cyclone which is expected to make Landfall a severe cyclonic storm in Alibaug, Raigad.

The cyclone has reached 165 kms south-southwest of Mumbai coast and is moving nornortheasterlywards Alibaug in Raigad. It is predicted to cross south of Alibaug between 1 pm to 3 pm in the afternoon as stated by the IMD.

The cyclone is tratravelingth a wind speed of 100 to 110 kmph.
