“Tarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chashma” Will Not Have Tappu Ki Mummy? Major Disappointment Might Make Way To Fans

Pune : “Tappu ki Mummy” and Gokuldham society’s garba queen, Daya Ben played by Disha Vakani might never be seen again on the show.

Fans of Tarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chashma, a popular show of Sab TV, are going to recieve a huge setback. The shock is because ‘Tappu’s mummy’ and ‘Society’s soul’, Daya Ben, aka Disha Vakani might not be seen again on this show. In the year 2017, Disha went on the maternity leave but has now called this show bye-bye. She gave birth to daughter on November 30, 2017. After that it seemed that she would return to the show after a few months, but instead increased her holidays until March 2018. During this show makers went to her home at the cost of their comfort and shot some scenes and used them as fillers.

There were further ammendments kept going on between the producers and Disha for the show, but it didn’t go well. Producer Asit Modi couldn’t assure anything to Bollywoodlife report about the news, in his words, “Can’t say about the authenticity of that news. I don’t know. Maybe true. I don’t know about the final decision. My team is talking with her.”

According to the report published in Spot Boy, Disha had placed certain conditions regarding the timings and the money in front of the producers, which were not accepted and in the end, both of them ended the contract with mutual consent. The news is that there was no effect on the show’s TRP even after Disha was not there. Therefore, the makers were not too upset about her exit.
