Terror Camp Hit By India In Balakot Reactivated Confirms, Bipin Rawat

Mumbai: Balakot terrorist training camp which was destroyed by Indian Air Force in February has been reactivated confirmed Army Chief Bipin Rawat.

Addressing reporters in Chennai, the army chief said that the reactivation of the terrorist camp highlights the fact that the action taken by the Indian Air Force was effective and now they are bringing their people back there.

On the question of the bandh in the Valley since August 5 and the ban on communications in the area, General Rawat said, “There is a communication breakdown between the militants in the Kashmir Valley and their operatives in Pakistan, but there is no communication breakdown between the people.”

Rawat said, “Pakistan has violated the ceasefire to push terrorists into our region. We know how to deal with ceasefire violations. Our troops know how to position themselves and take action We should be vigilant and will ensure that the maximum bid of infiltration is thwarted. “
