There Is No Dushyant In Maharashtra Politics Says Sanjay Raut

Mumbai: After elections in Maharashtra the only question in the state is who will be the Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Earlier Shiv-Sena made it clear that it would be 50-50 in Maharashtra, i.e all powers will be distributed same among Shiv-Sena and BJP.

Whereas while addressing in public Narendra Modi and Amit Shah made it very clear that as BJp has won the most number of seats and therefore Devendra Fadnavis will be continuing as CM of Maharashtra.

Speaking to a TV channel, Shiv-Sena MP Sanjay Raut was asked about the post of Chief Minister to which he replied: “there is no Dushyant here whose father is in jail.

While saying the political situation in Maharashtra and Haryana are different he said, “Here [Maharashtra] it’s us [Shiv Sena] who do politics of dharma and Satya, Sharad [Pawar] Ji who created an environment against the BJP and Congress who will never go with BJP.

Sanjay Raut was making a reference to newly appointed deputy CM of Haryana Dushyant Chautala. Chautala’s party Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) formed a post-poll alliance with the BJP in Haryana and was offered the deputy CM post in return.

Dushyant’s father Ajay Chautala is serving a jail term along with his father OP Chautala in the teachers’ recruitment scam and was granted bail soon after the BJP-JJP alliance was announced.

“We believe in the alliance (with BJP) as we contested the polls jointly. But the BJP should not compel us to commit the sin of looking for an alternative for government formation. No one is a saint in politics,” he added, possibly a hint to the senior ally that committing such a “sin” was not entirely unfathomable for the Sena.
