Trump Tweets US Flag After Death Of Top Iranian And Iraqi Commanders
Mumbai: US President Donald Trump tweeted the American flag following the deaths of Iranian Major-General Qasim Soleimani and Iraqi militia commander Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis in an airstrike at Baghdad International Airport.

Meanwhile, the Pentagon said, “Soleimani had carried out attacks on coalition bases in Iraq, ending the deaths and injuries of the additional US and Iraqi personnel.”

On the other hand, Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif said, “The US’ act of international terrorism, targeting & assassinating Soleimani is extremely dangerous & a foolish escalation.”
“The US bears responsibility for all consequences of its rogue adventurism,” he added. Zarif described Soleimani as “most effective force fighting ISIS”.
