Uddhav Govt Will Not Act In Biased Manner Says, Minister

Mumbai: The cabinet minister Eknath Shinde today stated that the govt. Led by the Uddhav Thackeray – Maha Vikas Aghadi will not act against anyone in a prejudice manner.

This comment we made by him while replying to the query whether the Shiv Sena-led government will withdraw cases registered against Maratha quota stir protesters after a meeting of the state cabinet here.

The 34 decisions made by the former CM Devendra Fadnavis in his last days were discussed in the meeting today.

“Action will not be taken against anyone out of prejudice. Discussions were held on taking steps in the interest of the state,” he said.

“(The government) will not see which party a person belongs to,” Shinde told reporters on the issue of withdrawing cases.

The running government will asses the ongoing infrastructure projects led by the BJP- Sena dispensation.

It was decided that the financial status projects of Maharashtra will be at priority Sena minister said.

“Decisions will be taken through the chief minister in the interest of the state,” he added.

Agriculture crisis and issues of farmers relief as there was lost due to runtime rain, was also discussed in the meeting and there will action on this soon.

Besides the Shiv Sena, the Congress and the NCP are also allies in the MVA government which took office late last month. However, ministers are yet to be allotted portfolios.
