UP Govt Decision On Other States Needing UP Govt Nod To Employ Its Migrant Workers Is Harmful: BSP

Mumbai: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, saying that any state would have to seek the permission of his government to appoint migrant workers from UP.

Sudhindra Bhadoria questioned Yogi Adityanath, “About 2.5 to 3 crore people are unemployed in Uttar Pradesh, so how will they employ these people?”

Speaking to ANI, Bhadoria said that this is a big challenge before Uttar Pradesh and Chief Minister Yogi. He said that taking any such decision is very harmful and hasty.

“The issue of unemployment of migrant workers returning from various places in Uttar Pradesh is very serious. The situation is so bad that the whole country has seen how they have gone back hungry and without amenities, and without any transport. Many have lost their lives in order to return home,” Bhadoria further said.

He said, “The Constitution of India provided by Babasaheb Ambedkar guarantees freedom of movement to everyone in this country.”
