Mumbai: The United States President, Donald Trump tweeted on Saturday that the US will be donating ventilators to India.
He also asserted the working together of India and the US in the development of Vaccine.
“I am proud to announce that the United States will donate ventilators to our friends in India. We stand with India and @narendramodi during this pandemic. We’re also cooperating on vaccine development. Together we will beat the invisible enemy!”, tweeted Trump.

Praising the Indian-American scientists, in a media interview Trump said that he’s hopeful that the vaccine will be developed before the end of the year.
“India has been so great and as you know your Prime Minister has been a very good friend of mine,” the US President said.
India crossed the COVID-19 tally of China on Friday to become the 11th most affected country in the world. The death rate is, however, less than China at 3.2%.
