Vision Document To Be Finalise Soon : SPA To SC

Mumbai : In the recent development (SPA) School of Planning and Architecture in Delhi has informed the Apex Court that the project of vision document on how to protect the Taj Mahal from the population is completing soon and they will submit it to Uttar Pradesh government in few days.

After declaring Agra a heritage city UP government informed the Apex Court that a research is being conducted by the Ahmedabad based center for Environmental Planning and Technology on which areas surrounding the Taj Mahal to be declared as heritage, for which they will take some more time to finalise the report.

On 24th July of this year a reports has been submitted to the Apex court by the UP government on makeover of the Taj Mahal. They also assured that, they would take an major steps to for the revamp of heritage structure.

The draft of vision document predicted that the areas near to Taj Mahal will be plastic free zone, were bottles will also be banned and impose a complete ban on construction activities  and will be better traffic management with more space for travellers.

The Taj Mahal  meaning “Crown of the Palace” is an ivory-white marble mausoleum on the south bank of the Yamuna river in the Indian city of Agra. It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan (reigned from 1628 to 1658), to house the tomb of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal.
