Mumbai: West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee refuses to attend all party meets which is scheduled on Wednesday.

In a letter written to Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi, who formally invited the meeting, the TMC supremo said that it is not appropriate to respond to sensitive subjects like ‘One Nation One Election’ in such a short time.

The TMC chief further said that about the development of aspiring districts, his party had already told that they were not in favor of selecting some districts because it is not in accordance with the overall objective of achieving balanced and equitable development of all.
