West Indies Squad For The Tri Series In Ireland

Mumbai: West Indies have brought up their 14 men squad to Ireland for their tri-nation series which would serve as a practice for the grand event World Cup which will start from May 30.

Jason holder being the captain would not have the players Andre Russell, Chris Gayle, Hetmyer, Joseph as they are currently playing in the ongoing Indian Premier League.

The current Holder’s team consist of well-experienced players but however, this isn’t how the World Cup squad would look like.

The selection panel for the West Indies team contains Floyd Reifer as the interim head coach, captain Jason Holder and interim Chairman of selectors Robert Haynes.

They are going to play the series for a well proper rehearsal of the 50 over the match in UK conditions, which would be pretty much good for the team.

Ireland and Bangladesh will be the other two teams who will participate in the tri-series with West Indies which will eventually start from May 5- May 17.

Squad: Jason Holder (capt), John Campbell, Darren Bravo, Shai Hope, Sheldon Cottrell, Shannon Gabriel, Kemar Roach, Sunil Ambris, Raymond Reifer, Fabian Allen, Ashely Nurse, Roston Chase, Shane Dowrich, Jonathan Carter
