Mumbai: A Tamil Nadu woman was arrested after she recorded videos of women in her hostel bathing or changing clothes and sent them to her boyfriend who’s a doctor.
The incident came to light when the woman, identified as Janani, was caught and her hostel mates checked her phone.

As per the police, Ashiq, a specialist from Ramanathapuram Kamudi and his sweetheart Janani, a BED Understudy in Madurai were captured under the IPC and the IT Act.

As indicated by police, the lady began to take pictures and recordings of her lodging mates while they were changing garments and washing and sent them to Ashiq over WhatsApp. On one such event, a lodging mate learned about her action, and when she and other inn mates checked her telephone, they tracked down a few close recordings and photographs in her photograph exhibition. They illuminated their inn superintendent who submitted a question to the Madurai Anna Nagar police headquarters.

Afterward, the grievance was moved to the cybercrime police.

“Janani has been remaining at the functioning young ladies and PG inn since Spring. She took cozy photographs and recordings of her inn mates, remembering washing for the naked, and sent them to her companion Ashiq,” police said.

Police likewise said that Ashiq and his sweetheart who cooperated in the facility run by Ashiq were seeing someone. Janani previously took naked recordings of herself yet later began sending private pictures and recordings of her lodging mates in view of his solicitation.

“She erased the discussion between them, so the police couldn’t affirm for how long he was sending the recordings. Both cell phones were seized and shipped off the measurable lab for information recuperation. It is likewise not satisfactory whether Ashiq sent the recordings to some other people,” a cop said.

A case was enrolled on Thursday and both were captured and are presently held up in Madurai Focal Prison.
