Won’t Take Guwahati Route Even If You Behead Me: Raut On ED Summons
Mumbai: Soon after Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut received a summons from Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case linked to the Patra Chawl land scam, he said it was a conspiracy to stop him.
According to official sources, the ED has summoned the Shiv Sena leader for questioning on Tuesday in a money laundering case.
The move comes amid the ongoing political crisis in Maharashtra, with rebel Shiv Sena MLAs led by Eknath Shinde camping in Guwahati. Raut further said that Balasaheb’s Shiv Sainiks were fighting a big battle.
“I just came to know that ED has summoned me. Good! There are big political developments in Maharashtra. We, Balasaheb’s Shivsainiks are fighting a big battle. This is a conspiracy to stop me. Even if you behead me, I won’t take the Guwahati route. Arrest me!” tweeted Raut.

Sanjay Raut Raut has been asked to appear before the ED investigators at its regional office in Mumbai at 11 am tomorrow, said an official privy to the development.
