Balance Life Before Talking On Balanced Nutrition

Is it true what you read as the header? All shout to their core of the heart in the field of most money minting business. Yeah I mean Nutrition.

What do they shout?  That their diet is a balanced diet. Nutrition syllabus in College’s is too old as they need to age to a limit so that they can revise it as who will fund every 5 years. Other quacks then boast about their take home message from this by saying, because the University itself is teaching old, we did self study and came up with new research which says this diet is best to turn fit from fat.

Our Most honored Mr Gopalan did a solid research on dietary edible foods which is available for the one who actually wants to go through it completely, but who has the time?  He is coined as father of nutrition not just like that but it took him ages to complete his research and give this extreme valuable source to use it. Most of the apps have installed a software which has an inbuilt system of calculating how much macro and micro nutrient intake one gets from respective food. I am not here to applaud the works done by this man but to reveal the fact that Bible is different than what is sold in market as translation of the same.

What exactly means balancing and equality? Does balancing mean equating all nutrients ?   

If you try to equate all nutrients numerically we don’t get a balanced meal. Then how do we turn food as balanced.   

A very highly honoured his holiness Dr Syedna Muffaddal Saifuddin TUS cleared this concept from the versus of the Holy book which states our body is divided into three one thirds.

1st one third is Air 

That means one needs to focus on inhaling and exhaling through out the day to make sure their lungs are filled up with good amount of oxygen. This happens not just by excessive workouts or just through Power Yoga. Simply doing your basic activities and concentrating on it can make you achieve this.

2nd one third is water 

Yes it’s common to hear that water is the most essential nutrient gulp it down as much as you can. Drink XYZ amount for XYZ reasons. But how to drink no one teaches. Again the same query was justified by his holiness by saying quench your thirst by drinking water slowly. Try to feel the taste of it while drinking. Does water have taste. Actually no. What does it mean here? Drinking so slowly as if you are trying to know it’s taste. Most of the illnesses are cured by this simple method.

Last one third but not the least is FOOD 

Why is it stated at last?   To balance it we need to make sure we don’t over do any one of it.  First let’s give air some space in our body then the water and as per the Hunger one eats. Again here, how does one eat? Morsels should not enter the gut like moving swords in the battlefield it needs to be slow. And winding up from meal with the hunger of one morsel is the tip to excel in proper eating.

That’s all?  As of now Yes. What about the probiotics and our fancy functional foods?  Don’t do they work on balancing? Answer to all these fringes comes in our next article. Stay tuned.
