Mumbai And Thane Police Stations Are Now Equipped With Smart Technology

Vinay Electrical Solutions took an initiative to replace the old electric switch boards with their Vibe Smart Home products to stop the spread of Covid-19 virus

Mumbai: Mumbai And Thane Police Stations are now operating their electronics like lights and fans with their mobile phones. This initiative was taken ahead by Vinay Electrical Solutions, a Mumbai based electrical company.

With the social situation changing, centers like police stations experience most footfalls on daily basis. With a high rate of visitors, it becomes difficult to sanitize the premises, and sometimes the most common touchpoints like the switchboards are missed.

As a part of its many endeavors to ensure a safe environment, Vinay Electrical Solutions highlighted this issue to the in charge of the police stations. The team at Vinay replaced the regular switchboards with Vibe Smart Home Automation products which can be operated via mobile application or remote control. This minor change helps them avoid one of the common touchpoints which are easily contaminated.

The police stations that received the home automated boards are the Kandivali DCP office, Mira Road, Bhayandar, Navghar, Kashimira, and Thane City SP office.

Mr. Dhiren Chheda, Director, Vinay Electrical Solutions said, “We had observed a huge demand for home automation products from the corporate industry during this pandemic. They invested in the products to create a safe workspace for their employees and we thought of creating the same for our frontline warriors who have tirelessly been working for us. Not only these products are convenient and easy to operate, the products and main gateway are also RF-based with military-grade encryption to ensure maximum data security.”

This CSR initiative of Vinay Electrical Solutions has only been one of the many steps to ensure a safer work environment for our frontline warriors.
