Tried To Kill Myself: Poonam After Munawar Says Mom Died Of Suicide
Mumbai: Actress Poonam Pandey, who is a contestant on the reality show ‘Lock Upp’, has revealed that she tried to kill herself many times.
After sharing details about her mother’s suicide, Poonam Pandey revealed that she tried to kill herself several times when she was in a relationship with her ex-husband Sam Bombay. In the earlier episodes too, Poonam has shared many shocking things about her relationship.

While talking to Saisha Shinde, Poonam, who is one of the most talked-about contestants, shared that she saw herself in Munavvar’s mother as she revealed that she faced domestic abuse for years and was not happy.
Poonam then reveals that she gave enough chances to save her marriage, but didn’t get the respect she deserved. She said that she was drunk and slit her wrist several times. She also showed her injuries to Sayyeshaa. Poonam further said that she drank poison and even thought of jumping from her building.
In an earlier episode of Lock Up, Poonam had revealed that she faced domestic abuse from her ex-husband, Sam Bombay, for four years. He accused her of hitting him around his nose area and revealed that the consequences were still in place.
She had said, “I visited a lot of doctors. Even if I touch the area around my nose, it pops up. I cry and it pops up.”
Poonam had also accused Sam Bombay of being an alcoholic and shared that she was ‘beaten up like a dog’.
