Akshay Kumar Share New Song For Frontline Workers, ‘Rakh Tu Hausla’

Mumbai: Actor Akshay Kumar on Friday shared a new song ‘Rakh Tu Hausla’ on social media as a tribute to the frontline warriors for testing coronavirus.

Akshay posted a motivational song on Twitter to increase the sentiment of the people in this crisis.

“Patience is a virtue; but in this fight against coronavirus, it has been the most powerful weapon for @MumbaiPolice. Here’s #RakhTuHausla echoing a similar sentiment, a video tribute to all our frontline warriors,” the actor tweeted alongside the official music video.

‘Rakh Tu Hausla’ is based on an optimistic theme which gives the message that from the current situation the country will return to all its glory.

Launched on Bhushan Kumar’s music label T-Series, the inspirational song is written and directed by Praveen Talan.

The five-minute and 26-second-long video showcase various shots of police officers and medical professionals performing their duties at a time when the country is struggling with conflict.

The song also stars actor Rani Mukherjee and Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh.

Rani voices the song, noting that the current situation will change for a while.

As the country fights with the novel Coronavirus, the song is an attempt to uplift the spirit of solidarity of every Indian during an unprecedented crisis.
