Beginning Of Honest Politics In Goa: Kejriwal As AAP Wins 2 Seats

Mumbai: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday took to Twitter to announce that his party has won two seats in Goa Assembly elections and said it was a “beginning of honest politics” in the coastal state.

He also congratulated his party’s candidates Venji Viegas and Cruz Silva who were leading in their respective constituencies.

“AAP wins two seats in Goa. Congratulations and best wishes to Capt Venzy and Er Cruz. It’s the beginning of honest politics in Goa,” Kejriwal tweeted.

According to the trends available for all 40 seats in the coastal state, the ruling BJP was ahead of the Congress in Goa with saffron party candidates in 18 seats on Thursday.
