Pune : Raveena Tandon’s visit to Muzaffarpur hotel for inauguration invited an FIR against her for causing traffic jam problems. One of the courts of Bihar has recorded a complaint against the actress and two more men for disrupting traffic in the town.
The complaint was lodged by advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha which led Chief Judicial Magistrate Dipak Kumar to request Kaji Mohammadpur police station in Muzaffarpur town to file an FIR regarding her visit in the Bihar town and the inconvenience caused due to it in the road transportation on 12th October 2018. Advocate Ojha alleged Tandon and 2 other men Pranav Kumar and Umesh Singh who supposed to be Father son for the reason for elongated traffic jam which held him for long. According to the sources, Raveena was going for the inauguration of the hotel owned by the Pranav and Umesh.
Following incidence, Ojha has requested court to take actions under Section 156(3) of the criminal procedure code leading the police to lodge FIR against the three people.
