Delhi Completes 100% 1st Dose COVID-19 Vaccination: CM Kejriwal

Mumbai: AAP leader and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Friday tweeted that Delhi has completed the 100% vaccination of eligible population against COVID-19.

Taking to Twitter, Kejriwal said that a total of 148.33 lakh people have been vaccinated with the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

“Salute to Doctors, ANMs, Teachers, ASHAs, CDVs and all other Frontline workers. Congratulations to DMs, CDMOs, DIOs and all the district functionaries,” Kejriwal said in a tweet.

Earlier today, the Union Health Ministry said that India’s cumulative COVID-19 vaccination coverage has crossed 140.31 crores of India

As reported earlier, Delhi recorded 118 new cases of coronavirus and one death on Thursday. Delhi recorded 125 cases on Wednesday, the highest since June 22.

On Thursday, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal held a review meeting and took stock of the coronavirus situation in the national capital.
