Gujarat’s Education System Is Crumbling, Says Arvind Kejriwal

Mumbai: AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal said that the people in Gujarat have begun to question the “crumbling education” system in the state being ruled by BJP for the last 27 years.

Kejriwal alleged that the people of Gujarat have started questioning the “deteriorating education” system in the saffron party-ruled state for the last 27 years.

The AAP leader promised that if voted to power in the coming elections, his party would give “good education” to the students there, as is available in Delhi.

“The people of BJP are also raising questions on the crumbling education system of Gujarat. Rising above the party line, voices have started rising for a good education in Gujarat. BJP could not provide good education in 27 years,” Kejriwal added.

“The AAP government will provide good education in Gujarat as is available in Delhi, taking the people of Gujarat and all parties along,” he said.

Reacting to the Delhi Chief Minister’s remark, BJP Gujarat spokesperson Yamal Vyas said: “We don’t want to comment on what Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal says.”

Gujarat goes to the polls later this year along with another BJP-ruled state, Himachal Pradesh.
